COTE DI FRANZE - Cirò DOP Bianco IGT
From the sun-kissed slopes of Piana di Franze, this wine is made exclusively from 100% Greco Bianco, one of Southern Italy’s oldest and most distinctive white grape varieties. The vineyard, planted in 1977, lies at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level, where clay–sandy soils and gentle coastal breezes create ideal conditions for growing grapes of exceptional balance and aromatic finesse.
Trained using the cordon pruning system and planted at a density of 6,000 vines per hectare, each vine yields an average of 1.2 kilograms of fruit — ensuring concentration and purity.
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15°C to preserve the grape’s natural freshness and varietal aromas. The result is a wine that perfectly captures the essence of its terroir.
