The vineyard, established in 1977, lies at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level, where the combination of low vertical cordon training and dense planting (6,000 vines per hectare) ensures optimal fruit quality and concentration.
Each vine yields just 1.0 kilogram of grapes, harvested with care to preserve their integrity. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18°C, allowing the natural aromas and varietal character of Gaglioppo to fully express themselves.
