100% Cortese grapes, a straw yellow color with beautiful intensity and good consistency. On the nose, it is intense and complex, with hints of citrus, white flowers, and ripe fruit, with distinct, almost aromatic notes.
The grapes are harvested in mid-September and vinified in steel with temperature-controlled fermentation (18Ā°C), followed by maturation in steel and bottle aging.
