Our farm covers about 20 hectares, with 11 hectares of vineyards, surrounded by forests and hedges at more than 470 meters above sea level. We’ve always worked organically, and now we’re taking the next step toward becoming a biodynamic farm.
I often think of my father, who followed the traditions of this land with care and dedication. I believe the future depends on keeping that connection to the past alive — taking what’s meaningful and letting it guide us forward.
For us, moving toward biodynamics is a natural choice. It gives a small winery like ours the chance to offer something different from large-scale production — a wine that truly reflects the place it comes from.
