Grape: 100% Pinot Blanc.
Soil: The vines are planted in loose chalky soil on gently sloping and flat ground
Vinification: During the first natural fermentation, the grapes are gently pressed out and kept in cool deep cellars - temperature controlled over weeks and months. The second fermentation continues until the cellar masters years of experience tell him that Gold Cuvee has reached its perfect quality and amazing sparkle.
Colour: Yellow gold, crystalline, with thin bubbles.
Nose: Fine bouquet, citric and peach notes.
Mouth:Elegant with very thin and persistent bubbles. A clean dry entry and a well-balanced palate, vinous and lingering.
