Taste and flavour profile A bright, medium-coloured intensity with violet reflections the initial aromas of sweet spices, vanilla, and then raspberry and blackberry blended with the warmth of a hint of chocolate. In the mouth, it has a warm and pleasant entry that reinforces the initial aromas and tannins that are elegant and smooth. The finish is perfectly and elegantly balanced with a juicy acidity that lengthens and embellishes the taste.
South facing organic certified vineyards located 490 ā 530 metres a.s.l. The soil is ocean floor from the mid Pliocene period (5.3 to 2.6 million years ago), comprising of sedimentary clay, gravel sands and alluvial silt with marine fossils.
